If your refund hasn't gone back to the card you expected, the reason may relate to how your payments were made.
If you've used more than one card on your BoilerJuice account (for orders or Payment Plan top-ups) your refund will automatically be sent to the most recently used card, up to the value of the payments made with it.
If the refund amount is greater than what was paid on that card, the remaining balance will be refunded to the next most recently used card. This process continues in order of payment history.
⚠️ Important: Please avoid using someone else's card on your account. It may cause complications if a refund is issued and goes to the wrong person.
