If you’ve received less oil than expected, rest assured we’ll make sure your refund is sorted promptly.
If your delivery was short, the value of the under-delivered amount will be refunded to the payment card used at checkout. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for this to appear, due to standard bank processing times.
If you are a Payment Plan or Connected customer, your refund will automatically go into your Tank Account. If you would prefer the money to be returned to your card, you can request this through your 'My Account' area once the under-delivery has been confirmed.
Keep in mind, suppliers can take up to 3 days after the ‘On or Before’ delivery date to confirm the amount delivered and release any refunds.
📅 Quick note: Refunds are only processed once the supplier officially confirms the delivery volume, so there may be a short delay after your scheduled delivery date.
