I would like to cancel my order. How do I go about that?

You can request the cancellation of your Heating Oil Order providing the Supplier hasn't already delivered the oil to you and the order is not currently on load to be delivered 

To request the cancellation of your oil order, please log into your BoilerJuice account by clicking here, select the order that you wish to cancel and the reason for the cancellation and your request will be sent to the Supplier. 

Cancellations may only be processed during the Oil Supplier’s office hours (normally between 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri and cancellations outside of these hours will be actioned as soon as the Oil Supplier's depot is open again.  The order has NOT been cancelled until such times as the Supplier has confirmed the cancellation of your order by email. 

Upon cancellation of the order, your money will be refunded to you, the non-refundable service charge of up to £16.99. If you have requested your refund, be returned to your payment card, this may take 3 to 5 working days to go through the banking system, depending on the time it takes your card provider to process the refund.  If you have requested the funds, be returned to your BoilerJuice account this will happen instantly.
