I would like to cancel my order. How do I go about that?

You can cancel your heating oil order quickly online, provided the supplier hasn’t already dispatched it.

When can I cancel?

You may cancel your order if:

  • The supplier has not yet delivered the oil
  • The order is not currently loaded for delivery

How to cancel your order

  • Log in to your BoilerJuice account
  • Select the order you wish to cancel
  • Choose a reason for cancellation
  • Submit your cancellation request, which will be sent to the supplier

Important information

  • Cancellations are processed during supplier office hours, usually 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
  • Requests outside office hours will be processed when the supplier depot reopens
  • Your order is only cancelled once you receive email confirmation from the supplier
  • Refunds are made minus a non-refundable service charge of up to £16.99
  • Refunds to your card may take 3 to 5 working days depending on your bank
  • Refunds to your BoilerJuice Tank Account are processed immediately
