I've Cancelled My Order So Why is My Payment Still Shown on My Credit/Debit Card Account?

Once an order has been cancelled, the refund is returned to your BoilerJuice account (tank account). You can withdraw this balance back to your card at any time via the website or app.

Once a withdrawal has been requested, it may take 3 to 5 working days to appear on your bank statement. This is due to standard banking processing times and is beyond our control.
