I Have Not Received a Refund for My Under-Delivery / Group Saving Back to My Card.

Group Savings and under-deliveries will be refunded to your payment card. Please note this can take 3 to 5 working days. However, if you are a Payment Plan or Connected customer, these funds will be returned to your ‘Tank Account’ ready for your next order.
