In the rare eventuality of an oil spill, we will contact you to let you know as soon as the supplier makes us aware. We will then liaise with the supplier and will continue to do so until the issue is resolved. For us to get a clear picture of the issue we may get in touch again to ask for a little more information.
Please be assured, should investigations confirm this issue has occurred though no fault of your own, associated costs will be covered by your supplier.
We plan to resolve oil spills within 1 business day, however, sometimes this can take a little longer if the issue is more complex, so may need a bit more time to provide you with a detailed and helpful response.
Once resolved the supplier will either arrange a new delivery date to complete the delivery or may need to cancel the order. In the event of the order being cancelled you will receive a full refund in 3-5 working days. Our customer service team will also be more than happy to assist in getting you a new order placed.
