In the very rare event that the incorrect fuel type is delivered, we will contact you to let you know as soon as the supplier makes us aware.
To prevent any damage to your boiler please ensure it is turned off, check the tank connection is switched off and your system is not used until the issue is rectified.
We will liaise with the supplier to investigate and have the issue rectified. For us to get a clear picture of the issue we may get in touch again to ask for a little more information.
Please be assured, should investigations confirm this issue has occurred though no fault of your own, associated remedial actions and costs will be covered by your supplier.
We plan to resolve all incorrect fuel deliveries in 1 business day where possible.
Once resolved the supplier will arrange a new delivery date to complete the delivery.
