In the rare eventuality of a delivery being made to the wrong tank, we will contact you to let you know as soon as the supplier makes us aware. We will then liaise with the supplier and will continue to do so throughout the investigation. For us to get a clear picture of the issue we may get in touch again to ask for a little more information.
Please be assured, should investigations confirm this issue has occurred though no fault of your own, associated remedial actions will be completed by your supplier.
We plan to resolve all deliveries to wrong tank within 3 business days. In more complex cases we may need a bit more time to provide you with a detailed and helpful resolution.
Once resolved the supplier will arrange a new delivery date to complete the delivery.
