When a delivery is completed to a tank with an offset fill, the driver needs to be able to have sight of the tank whilst filling to ensure the tank is filled to a safe level, this minimises the risk of spillage. Unfortunately, not all suppliers can deliver to such tanks as they usually require a second driver to check the tank level during delivery and not all suppliers are able to provide this.
