Do I need to be at home when you deliver and will you let me know when it is coming?

If you are able to leave access to your tank, you do not need to be at home to receive a delivery. If you do need to provide access, then please ensure the details are recorded in the ‘delivery notes’ section of your order and check the ‘I need to be notified a delivery is going to be made’ box on the order. Where possible we will send you an SMS and email prior to your delivery regardless of if you need to provide access, at this current time we are not able to give specific times for when the delivery might be made.
