If the driver is unable to locate your tank or property, we will contact you to let you know and request further detailed delivery instructions. We may also request your What 3 Words location to help locate the exact location of your tank.

We will need these details within 1 working day of requesting them to ensure your order avoids being delayed or cancelled. Once we have received these details, we will pass these to your supplier who will reattempt delivery within 5 days of your original ‘on or before’ delivery date.
