I Have Not Received My Order Confirmation

Once your order has been processed and confirmed bu the supplier an order confirmation is automatically sent out to the email address on your account. If you have not received this please check your account details to ensure that it was entered correctly when the account was set up. If there is an error you can update this on your account.  

To see your order details, log into your account. To get there simply click the 'My Account' link in the BoilerJuice website's main menu and log in.  Your most recent orders will all be listed. After your order has been processed, you will be able to view the full order confirmation on-screen, and this can be printed if required.
