Occasionally customers accidentally put through a duplicate order. Where our system picks these up we will always contact you to confirm if this was intentional. If there was an error and you would like to cancel any of your orders, you can do this by logging into your account at www.BoilerJuice.com where you will see all current orders listed. You can process the cancellation using the options located to the right of each order listing. Once the supplier has confirmed they have processed the cancellation, you will receive an email and your funds will be returned to your account. Please note due to banking processing times your refund can take 3-5 working days.
