On Or Before Dates

All orders are placed on an ‘on or before’ basis. This means that your delivery can be made any time in the window of time between your order being placed and the advised On or Before Date in your order confirmation. It is important that access to the tank is always available throughout this window, if there is no access your delivery may fail. Should you require prior warning about a delivery to make any necessary arrangements please select to be ‘notified’ when placing your order. We will then contact you via email in advance of the delivery to advise when the order is coming. Please note we are unable to confirm exact delivery times for orders, so it is essential that access is provided all day if you have been notified of an upcoming delivery.
