Will you review my monthly payments if I'm paying too much / too little?

As part of the Connected service, we will regularly review your monthly payments to check you are not paying too much, or too little, towards your heating oil requirements.

 

The payment review looks at changes in price per litre, as well as your monitored oil consumption, to calculate whether your monthly payments are correct for your oil needs.

 

Where we see that the price per litre has changed significantly since you joined the service, or since your last payment review, your monthly payments will be recalculated in line with the new pricing and we will email you with our recommendation.  You will be asked to let us know if you wish to proceed, or decline, our recommendation. 

 

Likewise, where we see that your oil usage is far lower, or higher, than estimated when you joined the service, or since your last payment review, your monthly payments will be recalculated in line with your actual usage.

 

These reviews take place on a quarterly basis, however we would be pleased to discuss your monthly payments with you at any time should you feel the payments are not correct for your circumstances.
