Don’t worry, the first step is to check that the activation button on the monitor has been pressed firmly. The lights on either side of the button will start to flash after a minute or two. It is not essential to wait around to see this.
Within 48 hours of installation and button activation, you will be able to view your oil level within the ‘My Tank’ section of your online account at BoilerJuice.com
If your readings are not displaying it is possible that there is a signal issue in your area. In this instance, we would look to replace your monitor with one that has an external antenna which should resolve this issue and ensure we can maintain the best monitoring experience for you.
