The monitor is fitted with a sim card which is not dedicated to any one mobile phone provider but is constantly searching for the strongest signal in the area to ensure a reliable service.
If the monitor does struggle to receive a signal, we do have another option we can try with an External Antenna monitor. this monitor is fitted with an external antenna which can boost the signal range. In most cases where signal is limited, this option resolves any loss of signal.
