Why am I receiving this email?

You have received this email because we can see you will need an oil order soon , and would like to place one for you on a 10 working day delivery window. We have not been able to place the order for you as there are insufficient funds currently in your account. This could be because :

  • You are new to our Connected service and and have not been able to build up a balance to use against an order ( to avoid this from happening we do ask an oil order is placed if required to fill the tank upon signup)
  • You have missed your last instalment with us 
  • You have missed 2 or more instalments with us in the past 6 months
