Tank identification allows us to be able to send you the best fitting monitor for your Connected plan so we can read your oil levels accurately.
To identify your tank, the best place to check is on the tank itself to see if you can identify any labels or engravings which will tell you the make and the model of the tank.
You can also see the make and model details on any tank documentation you may have.
On these labels or engravings, you should be able to identify the make/manufacturer and the model of the tank. This will provide us with all the necessary information and measurements so we can send you the correct monitor.
Example 1: Harlequin 2500HZ.
Make = Harlequin
Model = 2500HZ
You can then search and select the make and model of your plastic tank from the drop-down menu.
If your tank is not on the drop-down menu, please select the ‘Other/Unknown’ tab, and fill in the relevant information.
